- Cancellation requires at least 21 days' notice before the next payment due date.
- Cancellations meeting the 21-day notice requirement have no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations with less than 21 days' notice receive a prorated monthly-service charge, with no additional cancellation fee.
- The setup fee is non-refundable.
- Only the account owner or an authorized account administrator may cancel.
- Any other refund eligibility has not yet been defined and requires owner/admin review.
